Growing up in the late 70’s early 80’s, I raced in West Virginia and Ohio - sometimes 3 times a weekend. I mowed lawns and sold newspapers on my paper routes to help keep my bike going and pay race fees. When I joined the Army in 1987, all I had was a BMX bike.  (Tony Mayle, 5 Rivers Bike Shop owner)
