Bike technicians at 5 Rivers Bike Shop recently completed a rigorous training program to become a certified Shimano repair facility.  5RBS is committed to providing you with the best service and operations found anywhere.  Launched in 2011, the Shimano Technology Education + Certification (TEC) program equips the nation's leading bike shops with top-notch information and skills training.

At 5 Rivers Bike Shop, we care about your riding experience.  And nothing can be as disappointing as a ride that doesn't work out because your bike just isn't working quite right.  

Our experienced service technicians provide tune-ups to keep your bike in tip-top shape, and repairs when your bike needs some TLC.

Tell us how we can help.     Please let us know as soon as you notice something a little "off" with your bike.  It's always easier to fix a small problem than a big problem.  Depending on our repair backlog, we may be able to provide simple solutions while you wait.  For more complex services, we will ask you to leave your bike with us.  We can assess the issues, and provide you with an estimate of repair costs.  In most cases, that estimate is free.  (The exception would be if we have to do a deep dig while looking for solutions; this usually occurs with E-bikes that we don't sell.)
Finding solutions.     We strive to provide your repair as quickly as possible, while respecting customers who came in before you.  We keep a good stock of parts, but sometimes we may need to order parts to complete your repair.  Rest assured that our goal is to get you back on the trail.  We know you love cycling, and we want you to have a bike in optimal condition.
